Debbie Lacy

Across her 16-year career, Debbie Lacy has used her gifts as a coach and facilitator to guide clients to clarity, trust, and the manifestation of dreams they once thought were impossible.

Debbie is sought for her intuitive style and her ensemble of uniquely crafted exercises and tools. Debbie's to-the-point methods are highly regarded for their creativity and effectiveness. She is the creator of Ready, Set, Manifest!™ and The Money Mindful Way™. Debbie is a Certified Life Coach with a Master of Social Work degree and a background in social psychology research.

In her own life, during one 15-month period, Debbie said goodbye to her first career and launched her new business, coped with the break-off of her engagement and met her husband, had her mother move closer to her, and lost her father to a senseless murder. Faced with this rapid-fire series of major life transitions, Debbie put her coaching skills to use everyday, initially to put one foot in front of the other, and then to create new beginnings.

With her breadth of personal and professional experience, Debbie brings a candor and reliable expertise to her work.

Debbie provides individual coaching sessions at her Redmond, Washington office, and over the phone. She offers telecourses and workshops regularly and is available to facilitate visioning sessions for nonprofits and work teams.
