"Discovering the field of coaching changed my life. It allowed me to finally feel like my unique gifts were being used in creative ways to make a difference in others' lives. Now, I get to witness others as they apply their gifts and talents to their heartfelt dreams. It's hard to describe the excitement, joy and honor of coaching people as they unveil and embrace their passion in life. I love walking this path time and time again. It's a constant source of inspiration."

After a successful 10-year career in social work I started my coaching business, The Inspired Life. As a social worker, I provided crisis intervention and ongoing counseling for youth and parents, specializing in serving diverse populations. I later supervised staff and managed programs in a large nonprofit organization. Seeking a new way of working with people that would be autonomous, creative, and life-giving, I began training at Coaching From Spirit and was certified there as a Master Coach. I’ve since built a thriving practice based on word-of-mouth referrals, which has kept me connected to a stream of clients who are all a great fit for my approach.

I draw on personal experience in my coaching work. Faced with a rapid-fire series of major life transitions, I used coaching tools everyday to reconnect with myself and uncover strengths within—initially just to put one foot in front of the other, and then to create new dreams and beginnings.

I live with my husband and our dog in Kirkland, Washington. I enjoy my book group, going to see live music, traveling, writing the occasional poem, and Soul Collaging™ (check out www.lifedoula.com/sacredvisions/11.htm ).

Please feel free to peruse the rest of my website and learn about my approach to coaching. If you have questions, just call or email me to schedule.

I look forward to hearing from you!
