Solace Essentials is an line of aromatherapy products and services created by my friend Carol Walter. Carol provides healing sessions that result in an aromatherapy blend customized for ailments, challenges, or celebrations.


Kate Chilson is a grounded and gentle healer, using Japanese Acupuncture and Craniosacral techniques to help people overcome stress and pain on their way to strengthening overall wellness.


Phil Eidenburg-Noppe is a talented videographer following his passion. Sockeye Video Productions is dedicated to capturing life's fleeting experiences and events, and honoring them with an inspired creativity that will be valued for years to come.


Look, Listen, and Learn is an exciting project created by producer and host Val Thomas-Matson, who aims to bring entertaining and educational commercial-free television programming to children in Washington State.


Diane Tcharkirides is the graphic designer who created my door and vine logo. she captured perfectly the tone and energy that I wanted, and I felt we were speaking the same language from the beginning. I appreciate her creativity, skill, flexibility, and gentle guidance. Her website is a delight.


SongSpace is a great resource for Seattle-area music lovers who want to learn more about the world-class independent songwriters living and performing right here in our community. It was created by Seattle singer-songwriter Richard Middleton (he also created this website) — get to know him and his music.


Another great musician is Joe Crookston, who now lives in Ithaca, New York. His CD, Fall Down as the Rain is a beautiful collection of original songs about life's seasons.

Coach Training


I often receive questions from people wanting to become coaches. Here are some coaching resources:


I got my training through Coaching From Spirit. My instructors there were Sherry Hudson and Carolyn Wilson-Elliot. They created the curriculum that we used at Coaching From Spirit, and they have sinced launched their own training program, Quantum Spirit International. I highly recommend their training — the instructors are talented, warm, and inspiring, and the curriculum is unparalleled.
