Whether you’re embarking on a change or are already in the midst of a major transition, Starting From Here provides a framework for times of transition, along with tangible ways to move forward from wherever you are in the process.
Learn how to get grounded in clear decision-making and self-nurturing strategies that ease transitions. Identify which transition phase you’re in and the tasks that are most important for you at this time. Participants will engage in discussion and short journaling exercises. You and Your Money gets to the source of your relationship with money by first naming the defining moments in your money history, including any messages you may have integrated from an early age, your direct experiences, and your observations of others. You’ll link these key moments in your personal history to your current money fears, beliefs, and behaviors.
Using powerful exercises, your new relationship with money will emerge. Free from fears and limiting beliefs, you can commit to new ways of being and behaving as you work toward your goals. Being centered in your money relationship can help you, regardless of how the economy is performing or where you are with your personal finances.
